Concord Canada House has a Sky Gym on the 68th floor; a SkyLounge on the 79th floor; and a multi-purpose swimming pool on the 10th floor, which is a splash resort for residents in the summer and turns into an “ice rink” in the winter. It is located on the upper waterfront of the waterfront community in downtown Toronto, adjacent to the landmark CN Tower, the fashion district and Chinatown. The Concord Canada House community also features 120,000 square feet of retail space and the 8-acre Canoe Community Recreation Center.
The Walk Score is as high as 96. The project has very convenient transportation, adjacent to TTC buses and streetcars, and only a few minutes’ walk from the transportation hub Union Station. It is also very convenient to drive by yourself. It only takes one minute to drive to the Gardina Expressway, only 3 minutes’ drive to Chinatown, 10 minutes’ drive to Financial Street, and a few minutes’ drive to Huxindao Airport.
It is close to the main campus of the University of Toronto and well-known universities such as Toronto Metropolitan University. The project is also close to the King Street and St. James Campus of George Brown College and Harbord Collegiate Institute.
